Permanent Data Deletion Notice
Submitting this request will permanently remove your Mochi user account and all associated resources across our systems. This action cannot be undone.
What Data Will Be Deleted:
- User Profile: Your account record, email address, and authentication credentials.
- AI Helpers & Instructions: All configured helpers, soul files, daily responsibilities, and operating rules.
- Conversation History: All chat turns, messages, and task logs between you and your helpers.
- Tool Connections & OAuth Tokens: All connected tool credentials (Gmail, GitHub, Notion, Slack, etc.) managed via Composio will be revoked and deleted.
Data Retention & Timeline:
Account records, connected tool tokens, and conversation histories are scheduled for immediate purge upon processing. In accordance with legal obligations, financial records (e.g. past payment receipts) may be retained for up to 7 years solely for tax and compliance audits.
